Hi beautiful people and firstly happy new year! if you hadn't already noticed I’ve had a bit of a break over the Christmas period and I don’t normally do a yearly recap but this year has been so important in my life not only have I shared some amazing memories with friends and family. I’ve also been on one of the biggest and hardest fitness journeys of my life And so I just felt like I had to document this year even if it’s for my own memories it’s very long 😂but I hope you enjoy sharing my memories of this year. happy New Year everyone thank you so much for all your love and support throughout this crazy life we are all living. hank you so much for all of your support - it really does mean the world to me.
