This is a fundraising benefit unlike any other. A secret back entrance to Happy Hollow through Danny's cave, signature cocktails, private access to the park playgrounds after hours, foodie stations by San Francisco-based Straw (specializing in upscale carnival fare with a California twist), up close animal encounters with David Jackson, complimentary photo booth by SJ Photobomb, dancing to DJ John Beaver and of course the legendary sake bar by Yuki Sushi at the top of the Redwood Lookout. The Pacific Fruit Express rollercoaster will be open. Tivo’s VIP Tiki Lounge, featuring an 18 foot tall Tiki Bar, Linda Lee Lester’s Dessert Lounge and stage shows at our Puppet Castle Theater. Leave the kids at home—this event is for those 21 and up only--and party with the animals after dark.
Attending this event supports all areas of Happy Hollow Park & Zoo (HHPZ) growth, exhibit renovations, adding new attractions and animals. Proceeds from the Hoot & Howl benefit many program areas of HHPZ, including education, the art of puppetry and conservation. Step right up with a major gift above the ticket price and make this a fundraiser and a “friendraiser” for San Jose’s vintage park and accredited zoo. We’ll celebrate with a boozy snow cone with you.

BUSINESS SAFARI CAPTAINS: Purchase a block of eight tickets (we call it a Safari) for your employees for $1,400. The Hoot & Howl is a great way to team build through philanthropy without the hassle and expense of planning, prep and rentals. Purchase your Safari today online or send in the Safari Captain form (see details hhpz.org/files/hhpz/2016.safari-captain-pack.pdf) and we can invoice your billing department. Your company name will be listed on our website and onsite signage at the Hoot & Howl as a Safari Captain.

HAPPY HOLLOW FAN SAFARI CAPTAINS: Gather your friends, neighbors, book club, coworkers or family members over 21 years of age for a fun night out! Happy Hollow is about nourishing childish behavior, so bring out your best pals and be a kid again. You will be honored as a Safari Captain on the web and on site signage. Payment can be made individually by attendees and a lump sum is not required. Purchase your ticket online and claim your Safari Captain status. You will be prompted during the online purchase process to select the number of tickets besides your own CAPTAIN ticket that you would like to purchase in the initial transaction.
