The nonprofit organization Opera House Arts (OHA), founded in 1999, produces live professional and community theater, first-run movies, concerts and vaudeville in the 1912 Stonington Opera House and at the 1870 Burnt Cove Church. OHA restored the abandoned opera house, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, and re-opened it in 2000.
