happy birthday to me oct 12 - a tip if you have or know someone who has cancer

Today, October 12 I turn 969 years old ... being a vampire sucks! (pun intended). Birthday or not, cancer or not, I am still trying to help others ... every day ... all day long. Thats what I do. So in this video I am sharing the biggest tip for someone who has cancer or if you know someone who has cancer, you can share this video with them because its uber important.

I do these videos because if one or more people ask, others want to know too and it's easier for me to record a video I can point people to than answering the same questions over and over repeatedly.

So the 2 questions that have come up in the last 24 hours is "how did this happen" (and I believe that is more related to the timeline of events) and "did you have any symptoms you had lung cancer?"

But I mostly use the ninja creami now and only make high protein high fat ice creams that are healthier than store bought (because I have to eat so many calories just to maintain my current weight and eating solid foods is almost impossible to eat 4500 - 6000 calories a day - and btw, I only weight 130 lbs post-cancer pre-cancer I weighed around 165-170 and was pure muscle). I dont know why I cant gain weight (although I can lose weight easily) and the drs dont know either - its like my body is stuck in uber high burn calorie mode even if I am sedentary. If you have any ideas how to break this cycle, nothing I have done has worked for 5 years so Id love to hear your ideas .... let me know in the comments. So the ninja creami just seems faster for me, it takes less time to dump and mix and pour into containers than the churn style ice cream maker. Also, with the churn style maker I can only create 1 gallon at a time and well ... I could eat that in a day easily so that means I would have to make ice cream every day using churn style ... again, the ninja creami is just faster, more convenient, and saves me time (and money) You can make ice cream for the fraction of the cost of store bought so the machine you go with will pay for itself very quickly. I figured up cost in many of the recipes I use but Id estimate this very basic recipe below without any of the options is less than $1 a pint. So I have fallen in love with the ninja creami - I make ice cream in bulk, 8 pints at a time and that only lasts me 2-4 days - I can eat 2-4 pints a day easily (at around 800 calories a pint, depending on the recipe and flavor).
