Merry Christmas and happy holidays, Marble Hornets fandom~
I was originally going to upload this MONTHS go, but due to unforeseen consequences involving my computer hard drive getting completely wiped and me losing this video sadly I wasn't able to. My plan was to finish the rough version (this one) for the time being, and then go back and reedit it with all the new bluray footage and special features if needed (for better shots), but with the file deleted and this video only existing because I had uploaded it early to show my friends, my choices were to download my own video and reupload it for christmas, or wait who knows how many months to finish it for real. Obviously I chose the former, but maybe someday in the future I'll upload the fixed, HD version uwu

One of the reasons I wanted to upload it this year was to go with my annual psycho storyline video series, the first two being The Horror of Our Love, and Welcome To The Slaughterhouse. Can't really call it 'annual' if I miss a year, so unfortunate happenings be damned, I just had to share what I had, seeing as it's complete in itself, it's just not as shiny as I wanted it to be.

Story: Jessica and Alex are a new couple in town, and when Alex's birthday comes around and they have no friends to invite to the party, Jessica goes out and invites a local, friendly group to join them. Brian is all for it, Tim not so much, Sarah goes because of Tim, Seth tags along because why not, and Jay goes because he has a thing for Jessica. Altogether it's not a very festive party, but it's a party nontheless just like Jessica wanted, even if Tim does bail early. After Alex blows out the candles and Sarah starts to get mopey about Tim leaving, things start to die down, and when Jay sneaks off with Jessica in plain view of Alex, tension fills the room.
While the other guests look for excuses to leave, Jessica shows her true colours when she attacks Jay and ties him up to his surprise. Not too long after Seth has as much as he can take and goes to leave, Alex following after him with a somber face, Sarah not noticing as he is also attacked as she busies herself with thoughts about Tim.
Back in the house Jay tries his hardest to escape, but Alex is quick to stop him, reveling in his death as Brian comes around the corner to explain why he has to be heading home. He takes one look at Jay and runs, Alex gladly giving chase into the woods behind his house, the both of them leaving as a guilty Tim returns, feeling bad about ditching a birthday party. The first thing he sees is Seth's dead body on the lawn, Jay also dead inside, and as he breaks down Brian is hunted down and killed as well. Tim sobs amoung over his friends for as long as he can, knowing it's not safe and that he has to leave, Alex arriving just in time to stop him accidentally. Tim hides, waiting for Alex to let his guard down to attack, Jessica calling him out and getting him killed as well. Alex eagerly takes care of Tim, Jessica finding that Sarah was still in the house moping around, and taking care of her.
Unsurprisingly, they're a couple of serial killers, and to finish everything off they find the only other person who'd notice one of the group missing, Sarah's sister, and to top it all off they burn down their house and move on to the next town.

Long story for a short video, but lately I've had a bad habit with not paraphrasing like I should, sorry. Obviously Seth is substituting Jay in a few clips, and I hope you guys like this one as much as I do because I'm very proud of it uwu
