Hans Zimmer's score for Hannibal (2001) is highly underrated considering that is the main inspiration of his Robert Langdon trilogy (The Da Vinci Code, Angels & Demons and Inferno) scores.

Hannibal's motif is gorgeous, you can really hear his elegany and refinament but also you can hear that he is a hunter that is not afraid to get his hands dirty if it means a god meal at the end of the day. Clarice and Florence/Pazzi themes are also pretty good. I'll probably do a couple of suites based on those as well.
