I walk up on a Louisiana state trooper to ask him how to get my driver's license back from a previous wreck that I was in. He immediately turns on his light starts restricting my rights and then in the end ends up taking my phone throwing it across the hood of his car and pushing me. Then he goes and picks up my phone and turns it off after threatening me. State Trooper unit number A-39.
