October 25 is World Pasta Day, and to celebrate, I'm sharing my tips for handmade pasta. I know this seems odd to have cooking tips on StatQuest, which usually focuses on Statistics, Data Science and Machine Learning, but there are so many bad handmade pasta recipes out there, and I've been making it since I was kid, and my very first video ever was a cooking video, so I thought I'd do it, but just this one time.
