In this video I walk through the full teardown and troubleshooting process of an Amazon-returned mini handheld nebulizer. These cheap units often fail due to simple issues, and most can be brought back to life with a bit of basic diagnosis.

Opening the nebulizer safely
Inspecting the internal PCB and atomizer module
Checking for shorts with a multimeter
Testing battery voltage and verifying proper polarity
Examining battery contacts, spring terminals, and wiring
