Demonstration of the Leidenfrost affect protecting a human hand from being frozen in liquid nitrogen. This among other experiments demonstrated in this video. These include the effect of liquid nitrogen on resistance of copper wire, and demonstration of the paramagnetic effects of liquid oxygen. The liquid oxygen was generated by condensing oxygen gas form an oxyacetylene torch into a test tube that was dipping in the liquid nitrogen.
