We made a grand total of 11 panels for the real sill and got all but 2 welded in. This rear sill on Mat Armstrong's classic BMW E24 was very complex and we just found more and more rust than needed removing.
This car certainly is a challenge, but we are getting through it slowly but surely. The amount of rust of this old classic is crazy and every time we do work, more rust appears that we need to deal with.
It's really coming together now, it won't be long until this car is being handed back to Mat all completed!
