A long long time ago, I had an old copy of Hamsterball and for some strange reason, it would sometimes use the Tournament/Time Trial menu as the level's background. I had absolutely no idea what caused it and how I could even replicate it.
It wasn't until a while ago, a user by the name of RodentRacer informed me about the "Pause Victory" glitch. It's caused by pressing right click on your mouse to pause the game, while the Tournament complete screen is counting up it's total score. By pressing resume, another instance of the Tournament complete screen will play out and the high score screen will appear again while you're on something like the Tournament menu. This is what causes the background glitch like the one you're seeing in this video.
