In this frenetic distillation of Shakespeare's masterpiece, this new adaptation centres on Hamlet and Ophelia's awakening to the lies and corruption revealed by ghosts and music.
Thom has reworked Hail to the Thief into a deconstructed score that illuminates the text and is performed by live musicians.
Hamlet Hail to the Thief runs at Manchester's Aviva Studios, home of Factory International, until 18th May before making its way to the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon on Wednesday 4th June.
