On October 7th, 9-year-old Nave Shoham was abducted by Hamas terrorists alongside his family. After enduring 50 days of captivity under harrowing conditions in Gaza, Nave was released through a hostage exchange. His father, Tal Shoham, remains in Hamas custody. During his time in captivity, Nave was barely allowed to move and was constantly threatened by the terrorists. His story has drawn international attention, and after his release, he was invited to train with the German soccer team Union Berlin in an effort to provide some relief from his trauma. Despite the ordeal, Nave remains hopeful and continues to work towards reuniting with his father. Efforts to bring Tal Shoham and over 100 other hostages home alive continue.
