Hamas does not use Human Shields, while Israel does. Bombardment of Gaza does nothing to weaken Hamas due to their infrastructure being entirely underground and immune to bombardment. Likewise, weapons and ammo are not stored above ground, but deep underground in bunkers that are immune to bombardment.
