We do a little gear cutting to repair a friends Ham Radio receiver. This involves determining what size and pitch the original gear is and machining a brass replacement using a traditional dividing head on the milling machine. 36 tooth .4 Module spur gear. Internally the radio is interesting mechanically and we examine some of the features.
