Oh, how I love my hologrpahic polishes!! These are my favorites too - they apply like a dream and are so holographic, even in bad lighting!! Anyway, I hope you like this simple and girlish design.
PRE-ANSWERING:
1. The plates are the spring 2012 Cheeky set. You can find them on Amazon.
2. I got my Color Club Halo Hues polishes through a friend who got them at a local beauty supply store. I do not know the name. You can find them on Head2toebeauty, though, from what I hear.
3. I only needed one coat of polish to achieve this holo effect.
4. No, I did not have topcoat over the polish before stamping. I just use gentle sweeping motion to remove the stamped image.
