This phantom have 3 turrets that shoots automatically when i drive the vehicle.

This is a mod, the original phantom only do this when the AI is driving.

Search for "vehicles" then "objects\vehicles\phantom\turrets\chin_gun\chin_gun" and "objects\vehicles\phantom\turrets\side_gun\side_gun", "Spawned Turret Actor" choose "ai\generic" and save.
