I decided to BAW into the MAC storage room and realized that if you body overload later in the level, it will deload the enemies and trigger the station blowing up and the corresponding dialog. So, naturally the idea came to me to BAW out of both hangars and leave all of those enemies alive and progress through the map. The result was as expected! They all deload at the same time, blow up and trigger the checkpoints too. Wow.
