This is the final episode of Susie Q's Spooktacular Boofest. I am starting off by reading a poem I wrote that was inspired by my favourite Edgar Allan Poe piece, "The Raven". I compiled royalty free video clips and pictures from Pixabay to create a backdrop for my poem. I hope you will enjoy it. I am also revealing the winner of the Halloween subscriber giveaways at the end of the video so stay tuned!
This October I celebrated ONE year on YouTube, but I need your help to reach my goal of 1000 subscribers. For the last 5 weeks, I hosted "Susie Q's Halloween BooFest"! There were creepy collaborations, evil escape rooms, horrific haunted houses, petrifying paintings and...ghastly giveaways! Each Wednesday, there was a link during the video that took you to the instructions on how to enter each virtual haunted house escape room. There, you visited a real haunted house in America, then was guided to a different room each week where you needed to click on the items in the room to reveal 5 sections of a lengthy poem written by be, as well as a spooky puzzle that needed to be solved to unlock the room. Each week, you needed to put the poem sections in the right order and keep track of them until the end of the 5 weeks. On October 28, after you escaped the last room, you needed to put all of the poem pieces together to form one long poem, which you used to find the LAST key. Then you put that KEY word in the comment section of that video, SUBSCRIBED, LIKED, and hit the bell icon to be entered in a draw. Today, I will draw one name and the winner will get $30 to spend at my RedBubble shop. Check out the link below:
