After a long time, here's the fifth installment of the Halloween Patterns series, and an early release this time (Thanks, GHAddict!)

This was an unexpected project that worked out fine, I suppose. I wasn't going to make any new songs or sequels to my previous songs, I still don't plan on doing that at all. However, last year I wrote a small riff in a minor scale that sounded a bit creepy, resembling the vibe of this series. I saved the project as "Is this HP5? idk" and left it alone for months. This year, after a few weeks of isolation, I rediscovered this project and, out of boredom, started to build on top of it. It became more and more interesting, so I finally took it seriously and this is the result.
While it may not be as original and innovative as HP4 was, I'm still very happy with the result. This time, I aimed to make a very difficult song rather than just a short collection of different patterns. It has a similar structure to HP4, but I learned from it and decided to make the last 'reference' much shorter. Instead, I took the route of writing a 6-minute song with lots of difficult passages and a couple of breathers. I enjoy how it turned out and I hope you do too.
Regarding its difficulty, the plus chart is my original vision for this song. When I playtested it last month, however, I realized it might have turned out a bit too difficult for a regular release. Learned my lessons with Regression, so I decided to water it down a bit and thus produced the regular, official chart - which is a painful challenge on its own, probably almost as difficult as regression I believe. GHAddict playtested it a few times and ensured me it wouldn't be an impossible FC, so you can complain about the difficulty with him lmao. Nonetheless, the plus chart should be a fun tech FC challenge! This time, I was too lazy to underchart it myself, so fyighfreak was responsible for this, here's the link to the underchart -

And that's about it. Funny story - a couple of days ago I lost my hard drive (yet again) and lost the .flp file to this song, so I won't be able to do any modifications whatsoever, this will have to do. Luckily enough I was able to recover the charts, audio and video previews. I don't know if I'll produce more GH songs, but it's certainly possible if I come across the right amount of inspiration. Also, I put some references to my old songs in this one. Obvious ones are the previous HP songs. Less obvious references are Undefined Paradox and Glacial Storm. Can you spot it?
Hope you all enjoy this one! Since I'm releasing this one earlier than all previous Hallowee Patterns, I wonder if we'll see an FC before October 31st. Personally, I doubt it. If it happens, we can think of something special to celebrate that. Thanks for your continuous support!
