Whats up guys? I'm over in Japan and decided to a walk around the Dotonbori area of Osaka on Halloween! This was filmed around 7:15 PM on Halloween and it's a video showing the crowds and some of the halloween costumes in the tourist area of Dotonbori.
As you'll see the video, the area was flooded with people looking to check out all the costumes, and there was a real festive atmosphere, although admittedly, the crowds of people made it difficult to move at times because we were so jam packed!
