Before requesting a Halloween look please make sure I haven't already done it. So far checking emails I've been asked to do a broken doll 16 times, & I already did it last year.
Also remember a lot of costumes like a cowgirl, cop, maid, etc. don't necessarily need extreme makeup, or a costume specific tutorial. The actual clothing for stuff like that IS the costume, not the makeup. You can find many tutorials on YouTube for more dramatic makeup and use that. I have a lot of them, try those on for size.
