This is a full game playthrough of Half-Life: Opposing Force, which was released in 1999 by Gearbox Software, and it's an expansion to the first Half-Life game. I haven't played Opposing Force in over 20 years, so it's not exactly a blind playthrough. However, I don't remember much of the game, so it still makes for a fun exploration. In Opposing Force, you are Adrian Shephard; a U.S. Marine sent on a special mission to Black Mesa to neutralize the alien threat and silence all witnesses.
This was played on the "Hard" difficulty setting, on the default goldsrc executable of Opposing Force directly from Steam, without any mods or ports. If you want to try this yourself, remember to put sv_rollangle "0" in steamapps\common\Half-Life\gearbox\userconfig.cfg to disable the sideways camera tilt whenever you strafe.
