This game is still in a very early stage of development. I tried the experimental demo, version 0.3, and it was... an experience. :D There is definitely plenty of potential here, and also plenty of hilarious, glitchy jankiness. Then again that's how Exanima and Hellish Quart started out too, and they've come a long way. Half Sword might do the same, we'll see.
Both hands can be controlled independently, so you can use a weapon two-handed or grab a (improvised) shield with the off-hand, or dual-wield anything. And I mean ANYTHING... lanterns, candelabras, bar stools, body parts... o_o
Haven't found swords yet, but they clearly build up slowly, giving you more and more equipment with each run (including clothing and armor).
There were lots of fun moments, so I figured you might get a chuckle out of this gameplay.
