August 2017. My toilet started leaking a lot and making noises when I try to sleep. The toilet is so old it is not worth paying a plumber to fix it. I was planning on remodeling the bathroom in 2018, but best to do it now, and do it right. The toilet is wall hung/wall mount and those toilets are expensive and not as good as many floor toilets as I was told. Cost of putting in a toilet is maybe $700 and then converting from wall to floor maybe $1500 including toilet but my costs are not totally known yet for this video. Since the floor and the wall is going to be damaged, it is just best to get the whole bathroom done. From the way it is looking, it is going to be a very nice bathroom and may will be the best looking room in the house.
