The Halda Race Pilot is the second watch from the Halda brand. Halda watch co was founded in 1887 by Henning Hammarlund and was then resurrected after many years of sleep.
Since then, the Halda brand has continued to operate with the same mindset that the founder had, which is to never compromise, ever. The Race Pilot is built on the same platform as their first watch, which enables you to switch between modules on the docking station in a few seconds, allowing the Race Pilot to be a truly functional utility tool watch that is truly helpful.
The Halda Race Pilot comes with one mechanical module and one digital module. In this video, we demonstrate two mechanical modules and one digital module.
Developed together with professional race drivers and engineers, the Race Module with its in-house movement provides advanced functions that truly make a difference in professional racing. The Race Pilot program in example features key information about the world’s 150 most prestigious race tracks.
The mechanical module of the Halda Race Pilot brings together the best of two worlds. It has an elaborate Swedish design inspired by the world of racing and it is equipped with one of the best engines one can find. The movement is made by the highly regarded Swiss mechanical movement producer – Zenith. It is self-winding, featuring a Power Reserve indicator, sub-second and date function. The specially designed rotor is made in heavy metal, etched with Halda Race Pilot and decorated with Côtes de Genève and Clous de Paris.
