Stygian Soul is actually pretty broken with some Cast.. You get ammo back before the attack finishes so you can just have infinite Blade Rifts, Festive Fog, or Blizzard Shot.
Unfortunately It's almost impossible to get all the right skills.. Artemis and Hermes are run killers for Cast builds. This was literally the first time I've been able to get Mirage Shot, Fully Loaded, and a Hermes Legendary Boon at the same time.
