This Halloween, the most amazing Los Angeles costume by far was a hyper-realistic model of the famous Oceanwide Plaza.

One of the biggest real estate development projects in downtown Los Angeles, construction was halted five years ago when its Beijing-based developer ran out of money.

The empty complex was supposed to feature retail and hotel space as well as luxury apartments and condominiums, but instead became front page news after a graffiti takeover covered the buildings in tags from local artists.

I got to see this all-in costume in person, and was star-struck by the attention to detail!
