It's cold out and we wanted Banana Bread! The only problem was none of my bananas were ripe enough to make bread with. So I show you what I did to fix that!
This is what you are going to need to make this wonderful bread!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter
2 1⁄2 cups sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
6 ripe bananas, smashed (about 2 cup)
1⁄2 cup milk
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1teaspoon baking soda
2 cup chopped pecans
