The window on my 2009 Haas OM-2A was clouded and scratched. It was really hard to see inside. And the door spring was worn out, so it wouldn't keep the door open or closed. I contact my HFO and ordered replacement parts from Haas for about $125 and then replaced the parts myself. I'm very happy with the results.
