🚨 H-1B Visa Update for IMGs
There was confusion about the $100K H-1B visa fee announced last October. Here’s the clarification:
💰 The $100K fee applies only if you are outside the U.S. and your H-1B petition is approved for consular processing.
🇺🇸 If you are already in the U.S. and applying for a change of status or extension, this fee does NOT apply.
📌 Important reminder: To qualify for an H-1B as a physician, you must pass Step 3.
