I beat the game but I'm not sure what conditions need to be met for stage 11 to change into what I'm showing. This is a post-game battle though. I've recruited the bonus beasts from the high-level extra stages and I maxed out to level 70 fighting those level 50 fungus beasts (I forget their name already) in stage 6.
