One possible fast route through the "Chalice of Tears" Jumping Puzzle in Ember Bay that I recorded just for fun. If you look for a guide, read description. One-take speedrun - timing from vista to chest 3:29. Didn't find a faster one yet :)

If you ONLY need to collect the Mursaat Tokens around the JP Area (23,24,25,29,31) watch the video link below - you can actually get them in 5 min without doing the JP at all.
