You can do all 3 achievements in one go but its going to be hard to solo it. But if you are interested this is what you need to do.
Don't let the npc's die till you reach Caithe's squad without using corpse bombs, then after the chopper cutscene you will get both achievements, then instead of riding the chopper go and place the bombs, since when you place them all you get the achievement it won't matter if you place them before or after.
Recon Demolitionist - 0:12 - Gives 5 pts
For this you need to place bombs on the 10 husk corpses that can be see on the map by the orange spanner like icon.
Not Under My Command - 0:12 start - 2:25 finishing - Gives 5 pts
You need to keep the 2 vigil npc that follow you alive till you reach Caithe's squad.
When you arrive, instead of going to fight and help caithe you should go near the husk corpse under the rock, so that to be sure that they arrived with out dieing.
Because in the fight near Caithe's squad will be hard for npc's to survive mostly because of the Mordrem Vile Thrasher that leaves a green trail that deals a good amount of damage if you stay on it.
Note: Its best to do it with Recon Demolitionist to do it faster.
Note: When they die they disappear
No Thanks to Canach - Gives 5 pts
You need to win without putting bombs on the husk corpses, it seems that not even pressing F on them and stopping.
Because i had like 3 times made a mistake of pressing F on the corpse (looting habit) and had to restart it.
