A 20-minute ferry ride takes Guy Martin to Gia, a remote island with a proud dairy history. Once home to 13 dairies, only one remains – and Guy is stepping in to learn the trade. Working alongside Emma Dennis, Guy gets stuck into island life, from milking cows to understanding how nearly a million pounds of milk is produced each year in this old-fashioned, free-range farm.
