The other day I set out to beat the speed record on the Elliptical machine. I managed to break the record, and I also got it on camera. It was a pretty good workout too. In only a few seconds I managed to burn 15 or so calories. If we multiply that to make it an hour, I could burn nearly 2000 calories per hour.
