Defeating all the bosses in Gurei without taking damage and each Kami at their strongest along with all three endings. As an extra I also avoid using Kami powers.
You can face the ten Kami in any order with each one getting stronger as you win until the final one reaches their highest difficulty. The final boss gains powers in their second phase based on what Kami you defeated last. I unfortunately don't have time to do ten playthroughs to fight each variant so I just opted for one of them (in this case, the Frog Kami version). This is also because whether you win or lose against the final boss your playthrough is done (you can save scum to circumvent this but you'll still have to face the tenth Kami to have another shot at the final boss). Since playthroughs are expected to be repeated (especially as you have limited lives against the Kami) it's not too bad but it certainly was slightly tedious for hitless attempts.
For the endings you get the bad ending if you lose to the final boss and the normal ending if you win the fight. For the true ending you need to find the caterpillar in all locations and then sacrifice all nine Kami powers to face the tenth Kami and final boss with nothing and win the fight.
Overall a really well-done game that's worth checking out if you like boss rushes. There's some really fun fights, some of which have gimmicks that can make the fight easier (i.e. the beetle commits seppuku if you're aggressive enough to fill the second bar, the cat fight can be skipped by just listening to her song, and so forth). Defeating each Kami gives powers that can be quite helpful for beating subsequent fights such as the Frog giving a heal ability, the Serpent an execute power, or the Peafowl an air dash.
