Some people say that president of Turkmenistan is a post-soviet Kim Jong Un, an evil dictator who rules the poor country with an iron fist and has a whole palace made out of gold. Others say that he is just a funny guy living a dream. Some will point out that he is the most talented and eccentric dictator ever: the guy wins rally races, horse races, beauty contests, singing contests, rapping contests! And even with all his eccentrics he can't be worse than the last Turkmenistan president - Saparmurat Niyazov.
