June 7, 2026, a G-200 crashes at the La Romana International Airport in the Dominican Republic, killing the two pilots that were on board. The aircraft experienced mechanical issues on takeoff, flew for over 20 minutes before attempting a landing back at the airport. The plane ended up trying to land on the grass and sadly hit hard and burst into flames.
