In this video I’ll show you 5 ways to make your pentatonic scale solos stand out from the rest. Break away from the always the same sounding licks. We’re going to put some real spicy notes in this basic and straightforward scale. We going to look at the mixing major and minor, adding the blue note, the raised sixth and combining major and minor thirds. On top of that I’ll tell you about the magic of substitution.
