Pretty simple. A black and white commercial asks if you dream in black in white, emphasizes water, running water and sheeting water. Note the presence of pint shapes in the aquarium and water puddle as well as the obvious one on the skylight.
"Black and white" is a reference to the dark color of Guinness and the light color of its foamy head.
This local insert spot aired during an October 26th, 1997 showing of X-files. This was season premiere week for Fox, although X-Files did not premiere until the week after.
