The 11th task for Oasis Restoration event is "Confused Cats" where you have to locate and convince Guinea Pig the cat to patrol the oasis by convincing him he is a cat and not a guinea pig. You will need a catspeak amulet to talk to him and complete this task. She can be found at Falador park between the north castle wall and the pond bridge. The easiest way to get there for me is to teleport to the Falador lodestone teleport. From there, go south through the gate and then around east till you get inside the park. You can see the exact location on the map in the video. She will not appear as a yellow dot on your mini-map. Once you talk to her with the catspeak amulet the task will be complete.
