A visually amazing game, Guilty Gear X on the Dreamcast has some great characters, backgrounds and gameplay all done with style and finesse. This version released in Japan in 2000 by Sammy and was developed by Arc System Works. I am still rather new to the series so havent really been able to get far - but wow what a game!

An interesting port of the arcade classic from Sega. This version has very dark graphics compared to the original which makes the overall game look kind of drab as a result. The bosses still look pretty cool but the annoying time limit in the boss battles makes for frustrations that I didnt have with the original. Not a bad game, but as a fan of the original, I think it could have had a better treatment. Recorded from actual console, no emulation.")
