On February 2022, UBC Professor Maxwell A. Cameron (School of Public Policy and Global Affairs; Political Science) received the Latin American Studies Association (LASA) Guillermo O’Donnell Democracy Award and Lectureship. Professor Cameron delivered a keynote lecture at the LASA Congress on May 6 as part of the award.
