GUIDED MEDITATION For Stress And Anxiety » Relaxing Bodyscan Meditation // Let's find some stress relief and relax with this soothing body scan. It's been a while since I've last made a guided meditation, and I keep getting requests for a new one. So here it is, I made it with love :) Breathe in, breathe out. Enjoy!
I always love to listen to relaxing music like the music I used for this body scan meditation. It makes me more zen within 2 minutes. Any guided meditation for stress relief should have relaxation music in my opinion. I also love to watch nature scenes, so if you prefer, you could enjoy this video with your eyes open and chill out for a bit too.
Mindfulness and meditation have been a part of my life for a long while now. I'm considering sharing more about how to meditate and meditation for beginners on the channel soon! So stay tuned :)
