Guided Meditation - Chakra Suspension - reboot your energies!
This is Chakra Suspension, a guided meditation for closing your energies down, refreshing them, and starting again, rather as you would reboot a computer when it has been running a little too long.
We pick up a great deal through the day, and through the work, and it is very easy to leave the centres open when they would be better closed for a while. This meditation takes you through that process gently, so that you can rest, clear what does not belong to you, and come back online feeling like yourself again.
You may use it at the end of a reading day, after teaching, or any evening when you feel a bit scrambled. Sit comfortably, and allow yourself to follow the voice. There is nothing you need to force.
