This sound like a disadvantage but not for Bloodtithe as draining their HP will allow them to gain Bloodtithe.
So that position is for Nautika.
If Mineral, then that unit will gain Incantation + Ultimate Might 10%. So put your DPS there if not using Nautika.

Even without Bonus Afflatus or stage buff, Liang Yue with high Penetration when using Rank 3 incantation, Liang Yue can defeat this Boss in 6 rounds. I was a bit unlucky with the cards and it took me 7 rounds. A bit of luck and 6 rounds is definitely possible.
