Selling Groot will give you 12,000 units and will allow you to sneak through Lady Hellbenders castle to rescue groot from his cell.
If you sell rocket, you'll have a much more climactic battle ending in the guardians of the galaxy being stuck in a poisonous gas chamber where gamora will need to cut down the ceiling lamp and drax will throw it at the weakened wall. Don't forget the 12,000 units on the ground.
