For 24 years, students of Master Noly Caluag’s Guam Taekwondo Center have honed the ancient techniques, the rigid discipline and laser-like focus of the Korean martial art. Recently, a tournament allowed these practitioners to test their training.
Strength and speed are one thing, precision and form and movement are another. It’s not an easy thing to nail techniques against your peers and in front of a crowd. So the program’s black belts arm their little ones with the best weapon of all: confidence.
